In Antony's opinion he says that Ceasar did not deserve to die. Ceaser didn’t deserve to die because Ceaser was a good friend to Antony. Even though Ceaser made a mistake he still didn’t deserve to die because everyone makes mistakes at time. Just remember when you made a mistake; of course the mistake you made didn’t make anyone happy. So now why didn’t someone come into your house and kill you, because that is what happened to Ceaser. Somebody went into his house and killed Ceaser when he mad a mistake.

Antony reiterates "Friends, Romans, Countrymen, lend me your ears"(Antony 75). In this quote he is trying to get every ones attention. Antony is trying to get their attention because he has something important to say to the people. Also he is trying to explain to that what has happened to Ceaser was very wrong. So in this quote Antony uses plain folk as his propaganda because he himself steps down one step in his power and tries to get their attention.

To me Antony has great ethos. The way he has great ethos is that he is believable. The way that he is believable is that he tells the truth and tells everyone that every now and then we all make mistakes. That we will always do something that is wrong, but you don’t always have to punish them to the extreme. That is why I think that Antony has great ethos.
